- All payments are non-refundable except in cases of service non-delivery due to our fault.

- The number of revisions included in each project will be agreed upon before starting.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
- Revisions are limited to the original project scope and do not include new features or additional services.
5. Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines depend on the project complexity and client response time.
- Delays in providing required inputs or approvals from the client may result in timeline extensions.
- While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues may cause delays.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all necessary materials, such as logos, content, and specific requirements, in a timely manner.
- DStudio is not responsible for errors in final deliverables if they result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables.
- DStudio retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
- The client must ensure they have legal rights to use any materials (e.g., images, text) provided to DStudio for use in the project.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Clients may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply based on the work completed.
- DStudio reserves the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen circumstances or uncooperative behavior from the client, with a refund of any unused funds.
9. Privacy and Data Use
DStudio respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the project process is used solely for completing your project. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
- DStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold DStudio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their use of deliverables.
